Holocene of Great lnagua.Type Material: Holotype, MCZ IP 29182 RemarksGoodfriend & Gould, 1996:1895 document an "area effect" between C. excelsior and C. rubicundum. They suggested that C. excelsior was present initially, and C. rubicundum invaded later [as it is not present in the fossil record].
