Geographic Distribution: Hispaniola.

Type Locality: Yuma River, Haiti [Santo Domingo]

Type Material: Lectotype, ANSP 62905

Remarks

Clench (1934:218) discussed material collected by the Utawana expedition, and noted that this taxon is likely confined to the vicinity of Yuma Bay and Saona Island off the eastern tip of Santo Domingo.
