Geographic Distribution: Inagua, Bahama Islands.

Type Locality: Inagua, Bahama Islands

Type Material: Lectotype, ANSP 25306

Baker (1963:207) designated the lectotype based on published measurements and labeled it as ANSP 25306a, now ANSP 25306. There are 7 paralectotypes, now ANSP 411954. The lectotype could not be located at ANSP on February 26, 2009. One of the paralectotypes is illustrated.
