Type Locality: Frazar's Hog Key [Berry Islands, Bahamas] [25° 24' N, 77° 50' W]

Type Material: Lectotype, MCZ 76193

There are 2,304 paralectotypes, including MCZ 76192 and USNM 420012 (150 specimens).
