Geographic Distribution: Bimini Islands, Bahama Islands.

Type Locality: Gun Cay, Bimini Islands, Bahamas [25° 35' N, 79° 18.2' W]

"Bahamas," Greegor (probably one of the westernmost islets near Gun Cay).

Type Material: Lectotype, USNM 124135, 2 paralectotypes USNM 1086736.

Lectotype designated by Harasewych & Strauss, 2006.
