Geographic Distribution: Turks Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands.

Type Locality: Turk's Island, Bahamas, now Turks and Caicos Islands [21° 27.5' N, 71° 8' W]

Type Material: Lectotype, ANSP 25316

Baker (1963:206) designated the lectotype based an illustrated specimen (fig. 7) and labeled it as ANSP 25316a. 

Remarks

Clench (1952:108) regarded Dall's (1905:41) record of C. blandi from the Glass Window to be C. glans.
