Geographic Distribution: Exuma Group of Islands, Bahama Islands.

Type Locality: Westernmost Brigadier Key, Great Exuma, [Exuma Group, Bahamas]

Type Material: Lectotype, MCZ 76055

There are 209 paralectotypes, including MCZ 76056.

Remarks

Maynard (1921a:128) reported that most of the specimens collected were dead.
