Geographic Distribution: Exuma Group of Islands, Bahama Islands.

Type Locality: On the east side of Pipe Key [Exuma Group, Bahamas].

Type Material: Lectotype, MCZ 76159

Unspecified number of paralectotypes, including MCZ 76158, MCZ 118223, and USNM 420039 (100 specimens).

Remarks

Maynard (1920d:121) reported this taxon to be common beneath palm fronds.
