There are 3,479 paralectotypes, including MCZ 118251, MCZ 357006 (157 specimens), and USNM 419938.
Remarks
Maynard (1919a:21) first used this binomen as a nomen nudum. Later (1920d:121), he reported this taxon to be exceedingly abundant on on palms, bushes, and small trees.
