Geographic Distribution: New Providence and Adjacent Islands, Bahama Islands.

Type Locality: Low cliffs on west side of Rose Island, opposite Green Key, New Providence Island, Bahamas.

Type Material: Lectotype, MCZ 76329

There are 499 paralectotypes., including MCZ 76328 and MCZ 118269.

Remarks

Gould and Woodruff (1986:481)reported that they had seen the "holotype," and synonymized Cerion angustalabra with C. glans.
