ALVEARIA. 110. Shell cylindrical, obtuse at both ends, and obliquely striated; aperture semi-ovate, one-toothed, and the inside white.

Inhabits St. Domingo and Guadeloupe, and is a land shell.
Shell about an inch or an inch and a quarter long, and not much more than one-fourth as broad, with seven or eight obliquely striated whirls; the colour is white, both inside and out.
