Cerion desculptum Pilsbry and Vanatta, 1896
"Shell similar to C. uva, but differs in lacking the strong, regular ribs characteristic of that species, or in having them very few, weak and irregular.
Alt. 22, diam. 9; apert. alt. 7½, width 6½ mm.
Alt. 19, diam. 9; apert. alt. 7, width 6 mm.
A sectioned specimen shows no internal sets of laminae, but these are frequently wanting in specimens of the typical C. uva. Of the latter a good many figures have been published."
