"10. S. imperfecta.
Considerably larger, 1.05 by, 40; costae, coarser, 30; frontal bar of peristome, incomplete; retained color, redish. Two specimens found fossil in rock near well, (Map 1, W) on south end of Great Guana Key, Map 1 10. Plate 1 [sic actually 3], figs.1, 2." (Maynard and Clapp in Maynard, 1920d:118-119)
